IAKF appeals for donations to assist internally displaced Kashmiri Pandits. Several organizations, both in the U.S. and India are actively pursuing advocacy, and educational, humanitarian and medical assistance to needy Kashmiri Pandits. We recommend the following registered charity organizations for making donations:

Kashmiri Overseas Association, Inc. (KOA) is a 501(c) (3) non-profit, tax-exempt

KOA runs a number of programs whose purpose is to protect, preserve, and promote Kashmiri ethnic and socio-cultural heritage, to promote and celebrate festivals, and to provide financial assistance to the needy and deserving. Your contribution in US dollars is tax-deductible. Please donate generously and make KOA a stronger organization.

The Hindu American Foundation (HAF)

The Hindu American Foundation (HAF) is a non-profit advocacy organization for the Hindu American community. Founded in 2003, HAF’s work impacts a range of issues — from the portrayal of Hinduism in K-12 textbooks to civil and human rights to addressing contemporary problems, such as environmental protection and inter-religious conflict, by applying Hindu philosophy.
