NHRC Asks J&K Govt About the Status Report on Murder Cases of Kashmiri Pandits PDF Print E-mail

The complainants provided a CD to the commission containing confessions of Bitta Karate of having killed several and recordless Kashmiri Pandits.

The Honorable commission while looking into AIKS's detailed plan and mechanism for creation of job opportunities for Kashmiri Pandits asked the State Government for creation of job opportunitites for displaced Kashmiri Pandits and those living in valley.

As a compliance to earlier orders of the Honrable commission, the State Relief Commissioner Pt Vinod Kaul gave a composite and authenticated record of left out properties of Kashmiri Pandits to the Honorable bench. Those who attended included Shri M.K. Kaw, C.L. Gadoo, H.L. Wangnoo, Rajender Premi, Kundan Kashmiri, Shiv Kumar Bhat, and H.K. Kaul.
